Sponsored Who doesn't know Baba Ristorante, in Montpellier's Saint-Roch district? Do you appreciate this intimate restaurant for its Japanese specialties? For its southern Italian dishes? For its creative brunch? Or perhaps for all these reasons? If you've never been inside this 12th-century building, in its vaulted dining room, then you've missed out on a cuisine full of flavors, inspired as much by the land as by the sea. Just a few examples to give you an appetizing idea? Take the tuna tartare with yuzu, white truffle and pan-fried foie gras, the piglet confit with teriyaki granny apple or the linguine à l'armoricaine. These dishes are a perfect match for the house cocktails and specially selected local wines. It's also a shame to miss the Sunday brunch, served from 11:30am to 4:30pm. It's true to the fusion spirit and "sharing" aspect of the cuisine as practiced here by the duo of chefs and brothers, Samir and Nahem. Both of them do their utmost to impress your taste buds!
