The promise is a happy one: good meat, good wine. Over the past ten years, this well-placed bistro has developed the excellent habit of supplying quality products, both charcuterie (Duroc ham, Lozère sausage, IGP foie gras...) and meat, offering regulars guaranteed pleasure: wagyu ceviche, matured rib-eye carpaccio, hereford tartare, black pearl tomahawk. Enthusiasts will be delighted, and the prices are logical.
