With a direct view over the Loire and the Thouaré bridges, the dining room offers a pleasant panorama that elegantly matches the chef's ideas. On the plate, well executed classics such as frogs' legs, cod with beurre blanc, veal with chanterelle mushrooms and rum cake from Nantes. Diligent service.
