Chef's Restaurant This pretty house on the banks of the Goulaine river, southeast of Nantes, is a friendly address with parquet flooring, beams and light tones, where traditions are brought up to date. The market menu features seasonal dishes, such as girolles in warm salad, perfect egg, smoked bacon and endives, lentil dahl and cockle cream, or maple syrup-lacquered ribs with carrot pulp, morel mushrooms and sage.
