Gourmet Restaurant Under the beautiful 12th-century vaults of this former abbey, in the heart of the medieval village, Frédéric Martinez, the chef, and Christine Martinez, the hostess, uphold a culinary heritage that they carry on with classic, well-crafted and tasty recipes. Fish of the day and accompaniments of the moment, a good eggplant caponata in season, a strawberry and matcha green tea opera dessert. A well-stocked cellar of local wines and friendly service.
