Chef's Restaurant This bistro, perched in a wild corner of the Haut-Languedoc, feels like the end of the world. The view over the valley is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the south of France, and is happily accompanied by a generous plate, from a chef who doesn't rest on his laurels. Here, you'll find seasonal dishes to discover in a warm, family-style setting, including an exemplary homemade foie gras, bull chop and peach soup. Good service.
