Gourmet Restaurant One hotel, two restaurants: l'Auberge, for well-executed, Mediterranean-inspired market cuisine; l'Intimiste, where the chef brings out the best in a more ambitious menu, based on the principle of a central product used throughout the meal (apples, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts)... It's a daring challenge, since the desserts are sometimes called upon to contribute (cauliflower is a balancing act), but the clientele is on board and regularly enjoys a completely renewed menu. Quiet service under the direction of the hostess, a cellar that deserves more research.
