After a number of prestigious experiences with wealthy clients and ambassadors, chef David Lachavannes has returned to Bresse and its mild provincial climate. He has set up on the outskirts of Bourg-en-Bresse, in a charming six-hectare estate on the edge of the Avenue de Trévoux, right next to a charming lake. The Gault&Millau award winner works with hidden menus, ranging from €32 to €85. Good service.
