Gourmet Restaurant A townhouse, a former butcher's shop, in the Prefecture district, with a lovely terrace in season, this is the domain of Jérémy Beau, the chef, and his wife, who officiates in the dining room. The menu is short, but the dishes are well-executed, composed according to market produce and the chef's own style. Pike-perch fillet with young spinach shoots, foie gras with strawberry chutney, carrot velouté with orange lemongrass. Homemade desserts, active service, friendly welcome and fair prices.
