Gourmet Restaurant Facing the Opera House, this seafood restaurant is a veritable Toulon institution, established since 1862. Pierre and Stéphanie maintain a high standard of service based on wild Mediterranean fish, classic recipes and good provenance, in a refined setting of arcades, brickwork and chandeliers. You'll find fine oysters from claires, homemade fish soup, fried squid, fish by the 100g (saint-pierre, bass, red mullet, sole, turbot...), risotto with gambas or, to order, traditional bouillabaisse and bourride. Discovery menu at €48.
