A small, friendly and exemplary brasserie, with a focus on traditional cuisine and a 100% Burgundy cellar. The style is well known and well reproduced, a sober bistro style, with moldings and small wicker chairs on the terrace. On the menu: lobster and crab bavaroise, velvety pea soup, the famous onion soup au gratin with Emmental cheese, fillet of sea bass with sauce vierge and green asparagus, speciality beef bourguignon with pommes grenailles, lardons and mushrooms, profiteroles and vanilla ice cream from the Berthillon house.
