Original Restaurant Taking to the scrubland in the middle of the Marais: a fine adventure in prospect at l'Alivi. In a warm setting, the pinzuti frown at the menu headings: stufatu, fiadone, figatellu, vermentinu, brocciu, a catalog that smells of the terroir. With good advice, the waitress passes between the tables, discreetly indulging in a few jokes when she sees the intrigued faces, allowing us to make a few discoveries, even if the burratina with broccoli and marjoram siphon and roasted hazelnuts is a little less rustic. We follow this up with a veal stufatu with vermentinu, creamy polenta with olives and a café gourmand for a performance to remember for the service, atmosphere and drinks menu, well informed on the island.
