Sponsored In the heart of Sète, just a stone's throw from the port, discover a corner of Italy! Welcome to the Atmosfera restaurant. Chef Hugo Ranc offers cuisine inspired by Roman flavors. Here, every dish is prepared by the brigade with love, passion and seasonal produce! Every day, the Chef follows his mood as he wanders the halles de Sète, proposing flavor combinations according to his whims. In summer, gambas and octopus take over the menu. Mediterranean fish and meat also make their way onto the menu. Have you ever tried a Charolais beef tartare with truffles, a lamb chop with maître d'hôtel butter and slivered almonds, or octopus marinated in pesto verde grilled a la plancha? Delicious! When it comes to pizza, the Chef mixes tradition with originality to tantalize your taste buds. From October to March, Thursday evenings are dedicated to "Pasta in the wheel", creamy pasta with Parmesan cut from the wheel and flambéed in Grappa in front of customers, a favorite among gourmets.
