A discreet table, modest in appearance, but which never disappoints and retains its toque year after year. Because the cuisine is sincere and meticulous, and the menu changes with the seasons while retaining its appeal: fennel gorgonzola tatin with pancetta chips, pan-fried squid with soubressade, beef cheek stuffed cabbage, grapefruit ginger crème brûlée for a complete sequence at €42. Family atmosphere, local wine cellar.
