Original Restaurant In the heart of Les Halles, a seafood counter for a quick bite of fresh produce, signed by one of the city's great signatures (parsleyed razor clams, grilled octopus and fillet of sea bream...). After the local version of pan con tomate, a bit of cooking on fish, like this unilateral mullet, pommes grenaille, bell pepper, asparagus, turnip, fennel and capers. We finish in simplicity with peach soup, accompanied by a glass of picpoul.
