Gault&Millau's review2026
The Grand Hôtel is a timeless classic and a welcome refuge for tourists and locals all year round. The restaurant room, with its high, molded ceilings, retains a certain cachet despite the close proximity of the tables, and offers simple hotel cuisine, which we were only moderately enthusiastic about this year, despite the efforts of a very good service: ballottine de volaille butternut, cuttlefish sautéed in red wine polenta, well-cooked and rather banal sea bream on an oxtail broth with large shallot confit, apple tart with vanilla ice cream... Interesting wine cellar in the region, with a sufficient selection by the glass, wide choice of menu for €41, a few dishes on the à la carte menu, such as bourride or bouillabaisse.
