Gault&Millau's review2026
The old-fashioned ambiance of the Grand Hôtel, the classic codes, the serious cuisine with a few modern touches make Quai 17 a spot that's a little out of the ordinary, but still dear to the hearts and appetites of the Sétois. The €40 menu is a good place to start, offering choice and quality: rabbit ballottine, terrine-style pork with chimichurri, whiting and squid with pak choï cabbage and galley juice, long-cooked lamb with celery purée and green curry, ending on a light note with marinated strawberry carpaccio and herb sparkling wine. Well-trained service, well-stocked regional cellar.
