Seven restaurants have outdone themselves this year, earning four-toque status. They are rewarded for their work, their rigor and the prestigious moments they offer.

Already listed in the guide, these restaurants are moving up a gear. The Gault&Millau investigators have rewarded them with a fourth toque, as announced at the annual Gault&Millau Gala on Monday November 17, 2025 at the Maison de la Mutualité in Paris.

In the four corners of France, these prestigious tables will amaze both your eyes and your taste buds. Remarkable settings, personal and masterful dishes, memorable experiences... These tables are sure to delight.

Marc Esquerré, director of Les Guides et des Enquêtes, comments: "There are seven new 4-toque restaurants this year. These are great chefs, a very fine list of awards. These are just high marks, which we can still climb, of course!There are now 63 4-toque restaurants."

Arbane, in Reims
