The Cheval Blanc galette des rois

For Epiphany, Maxime Frédéric, pastry chef at Cheval Blanc Paris, presents a galette des rois that marries almond, chocolate and vanilla. The Peninsula's galette des rois

To mark the start of the new year, pastry chef Anne Coruble unveils her "Floralie" creation. Inspired by the 10th anniversary of the Peninsula Paris, this ten-petal flower-shaped galette combines precision and elegance. It is made with hazelnut and lemon-scented puff pastry, filled withroasted almond frangipane and Normandy alfalfa honey, and topped with Peninsula honey opaline. The Hotel Martinez galette des rois

Pastry chef Fabrice Fernandes and chef Jean Imbert unveil their Signature Log in the image of Hotel Martinez, blending white chocolate, citrus fruit, Piedmont hazelnut and green cardamom.
