Nell Giroir | 1/29/25, 12:25 PM

Lost in the garrigues, facing the ocean or in the heart of Montmartre, these five hotels are refined, intimate and confidential refuges. Ideal for a romantic night's sleep, with the exquisite sensation of being alone in the world.

My first is a palace that hosted the filming of the legendary movie "Un homme est une femme", my second is nestled opposite one of France's most beautiful villages, and my third conceals two sublime lodges perched amidst the vines.each of these hotels has a unique charm, a singular history and an atmosphere that promises a memorable experience for two. book as soon as possible...

Hôtel Monsieur Aristide, Paris

In a cobbled Montmartre alleyway, this boutique hotel is charmingly housed in a 19th-century house, where Belle Époque elegance meets the bohemian soul of the neighborhood. The 25 rooms and suites, including two duplexes with views over the rooftops of Paris, feature natural tones and antique furnishings. Some have private terraces or open onto a secret garden. Café Aristide: a warm, festive atmosphere reigns supreme, with cuisine that revisits the menus of Parisian bistros. The bar, with its mahogany counter and creative cocktails, is inspired by the cabarets of yesteryear. A vintage jukebox, floral banquettes and a passionate team extend the magic late into the night.

Facing Europe's highest peak (the 4,807-metre Mont Blanc), it remains, today as in the past, the birthplace of the world's greatest ski champions, and the world capital of mountaineering.
