Gault&Millau's review2026
We won't argue with a specialist like Régis Marcon whether there's a difference between coulemelle and elevated lepiote. The fact remains that the "second" house, which is in fact the first historically, is a true auberge du bonheur and not at all a "Maison Marcon" on the cheap. The meals here are delicious, full of truth and gourmandise, and the Marcon family will take you along forest paths and through meadows: with poached egg with celery and pan-fried cep emulsion, spiced piglet with confit shoulder in cep millefeuille with green Puy lentil flour, spelt risotto, cheeses from the Ardèche and Auvergne regions, and delicious combinations of apricot and verbena or raspberry and chocolate. A professional and family welcome in a unique atmosphere of well-being.
