The Marcon family inn is indeed where it all began, and it continues to thrive thanks to the excellent management of the family and its staff. La Coulemelle is almost as popular as the main restaurant, offering its own unique charm, warmth, and the same professionalism in a more relaxed setting. Modernity, local flavors, and regional specialties on the menu: pikeperch ceviche with geranium oil, fresh verbena, and blackberry vinaigrette; veal breast confit with vitello tonnato and tomato water infused with basil; a selection of zucchini with smoked juice, roasted and stewed apricots, olive oil jam, and rosemary sorbet.
