The champagne opens with a pure nose dominated by fresh, salty oak and ripe yellow fruit. The creamy mousse and fluffy bubbles stand up to a rich, gastronomic palate. Perfectly dosed (extra brut 4 g/l), the wine has sapidity and an obvious chalky mineral structure, slightly overwhelmed at the moment by oak and fruit.
