The first nose is compact and fairly closed, before a gentle concentration of yellow fruit emerges. Chiselled bubbles and a thick, puffy mousse enliven the concentration of yellow fruit (peach, apricot, mango) on the palate, ranging from juicy and ripe to medium-dry and stewed, but always fresh. A wine for the table with rich sauces and hearty dishes.
