The first impression is of autumn, with aromas of undergrowth and fresh truffles, before a ray of sunshine takes us back to summer. We then discover notes of wild strawberry and redcurrant, before ripe white fruit takes over. Under an enterprising effervescence, the palate is round and enveloping. Ripe white fruit and a chalky texture continue into a caressing finish.
