Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Stéphanie and Olivier Waris began their winemaking journey in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, with just 90 ares of vineyards. Over the years, they have expanded and now cultivate 18 hectares across several communes classified as Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. The wine lineup is designed around terroir to express the full richness and identity of each plot. They obtained organic farming certification in 2023 and also offer a cuvée with no added sulfites.
