A honeyed nose that seduces with scents of nonettes and dried fruit (apricot, chestnut). An ultra-gourmand expression that's straightforward yet precise, revealing fine notes of white floral and ginger on aeration. The palate, in the same spirit, is racy and punchy, with a tonic, sapid bubble. The finish is beautifully carried by citrus fruit. A superb cuvée to enjoy with halibut in citrus butter and a few crosnes.
