Disgorged in May 2021, this cuvée, with equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, has spent almost 10 years on its lees. The nose is very elegant, very fine, still on the reserve, but taking full advantage of aeration. The palate is superb, full-bodied, rooty and vibrant. A real treat. A superb cuvée that will benefit from a few months more ageing, but which we'd be delighted to open with a nice thickly-sliced white fish.
