Superb! This bottle, disgorged in January 2018, offers a toasty, toasted nose, punctuated by small notes of candied citrus, then marjoram, encaustic and blond honey. The palate is fluid, lively, complex, perfectly balanced and very long... We're so close to the great Burgundies that we're dreaming of a sweetbread apple and some fine porcini mushrooms.

Vincent Couche
Vincent Couche cultivates his 15 hectares in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Constantly attentive to nature, he carefully studies the needs of his vines, and since 2008 has been infusing them with energy and well-being through biodynamic treatments. His vines in Buxeuil (12 ha) are mainly pinot noir, while those in Montgueux (3 ha) are exclusively chardonnay. A passionate perfectionist, Vincent works tirelessly on the microbiological development of his soils. Replanting fruit trees and keeping sheep and chickens in the vines are part of the process. The wines are remarkable and well distributed.
