Still discreet, the nose is already pleasant, with aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, quince and sweet scents of rose and lily of the valley. Under a very fine effervescence, the wine is taut, but lacks neither fullness nor chewiness. Fruity and floral notes follow before a lemony finish that awakens the taste buds. All that's missing is a platter of Belon oysters.
