Made from a selection of 10 years' reserve wines, this cuvée boasts very fine bubbles. The discreet nose offers a palette of aromas dominated by empyreumatic and toasty notes. On the palate, the balance between the bitters of the terroir and the complex aromatic notes of the reserve wines comes to the fore, amplified by the meticulous extra-brut dosage. A gastronomic champagne to be served with prime rib with morel mushrooms.
