Made from a blend of the three harvests of 2016, 2015 and 2014, the wine is somewhat soft on the attack. Slightly over-dosed, this cuvée would be a good accompaniment to an aperitif featuring ingredients marked by acidity, such as fine tarts with preserved tomatoes.
