Gault&Millau's review
Dominique and Thierry Massin, brother and sister, currently manage 12 ha of vines at Ville-sur-Arce, in the Aube region. Heirs and guarantors of an ancestral know-how, they manage the estate created forty years ago, and attach great importance to respecting their Kimmeridgian and Portlandian terroir (clay and limestone). Their commitment to quality is evident in all the cuvées they offer. Today, they are passing on their passion to Thibault and Violaine, their respective children, who trained as oenologist-engineers. Pinot noir dominates the vineyard, which is complemented by chardonnay and, less frequently in Aube, pinot meunier and rare champagne varieties.
