A saignée from the 2015 harvest with such a characteristic colour, this rosé has a superb nose of fresh pomegranate, citrus fruits and small spices with an almost ethereal touch. Matching the nose, the palate also has crunchy fruit and a length of moist chalk that reveals a slightly wild side of the vineyard terroir. A very nice rosé to open with a pigeon “just rosé”.
