This millesimé offers a nose of tarte tatin, verbena, almond paste and blood orange. The palate is full and airy, taut yet sensual and vibrant. The acidity is invigorating, but contained in a chiselled texture, supported by delicate bubbles. A very pretty champagne, distinguished and tasty, which could be paired with a pluma de cochon laquée, clementine sauce and white pepper.
