The nose of this 100%chardonnay is fully expressed, rich and ripe, with notes of sap and wax. On the palate, a subtle, caressing finesse accompanies a chalky substance. Barrel vinification accompanies the wine without dominating it. The absence of malolactic fermentation, to preserve all the wine's freshness, and meticulous dosage make this cuvée a model of its kind. Enjoy with a bouquet of langoustines and saffron mayonnaise.
