This wine is made from Pinot Noir and perfectly embodies the finesse of gentle maceration. Everything about it is lacy: the light but deep pink color, intense in its delicacy, the nose that waltzes between red fruits and citrus fruits, and finally the palate, with its pearly bubbles, fine mousse and delicate, creamy texture. A superb success, this 2009 combines generosity and great freshness with superlative finesse. We just love it.
