This cuvée, a blend of different harvests (2012 to 2006), comes from vines over 40 years old. Very fine on the nose, it develops rich, powerful aromas on the palate, punctuated by oxidative notes. A very pure wine, to be shared among friends with warm curried oysters.

Since 1982, Éric Rodez, representing the eighth generation, has been at the helm of the 6-hectare Grand Cru vineyard on the Reims mountain. The 36 plots are planted with 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. The majority are old plantations: the average age of the vines is over 30 years, with some plots over 70 years old. Eric's son Mickaël has taken charge of the estate after completing his oenology studies. The estate has been certified HVE (haute valeur environnementale), organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2015.
