A complex 2006, without heaviness. The notes of fine evolution are there, with aromas of fresh mushrooms, even humus, giving way to fruity and chalky notes that complicate the whole. The bubbles are to the millimeter. A great champagne today.

Since 1982, Éric Rodez, representing the eighth generation, has been at the helm of the 6-hectare Grand Cru vineyard on the Reims mountain. The 36 plots are planted with 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. The majority are old plantations: the average age of the vines is over 30 years, with some plots over 70 years old. Eric's son Mickaël has taken charge of the estate after completing his oenology studies. The estate has been certified HVE (haute valeur environnementale), organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2015.
