Tasted in magnum, this cuvée is particularly successful today. Notes of citrus, chalk and flowers mingle with a pretty basket of white fruit on aeration. The whole is subtle and elegant, without excessive demonstrativeness. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ethereal, all finesse and delicacy. The finish lingers on zesty, drinkable notes. Open this bottle with dishes that do it justice, such as turbot or saint-pierre.
