Another year for this surprisingly fresh and complex cuvée from a vintage reputed to be warm. As is so often the case in this house, the champagne reveals itself with every turn in the glass, releasing notes of candied citrus, white fruit and fine variations of pastry. On the palate, the energy is perfectly controlled. In a word, superb!
