This Grand Brut, a great Champagne classic, presents itself with fine bubbles that leave a fine cordon of foam in the glass. The nose is fine and airy, with aromas of fresh grapes, apricot and, as if suspended above, essences of melliferous flowers. The palate is just as fine, with a clean, fruity attack and a long, sapid finish. A brut for special occasions.
