A very clear, fine salmon color for this 2010 edition of La Belle Époque. On opening, the nose tends towards yellow fruits (apricot, mirabelle plum), then red, with redcurrant to the fore. Complexity emerges with aeration, with aromas of rose liqueur, fine toasted notes of macaroon, all dusted with spices. The balance is masterful, with a mouth that's full and crystalline at the same time. A great rosé with balance and length.
