This cuvée is a perfect illustration of the encounter between a great winemaker and a great terroir: the crystalline color fades, giving way to a delicate nose. The palate takes over with notes of candied and dried fruit. It's majestic, powerful, racy, fine, but also greedy, mineral and chalky. A cuvée étalon bringing together the best of Champagne. Try it with salmon koulibiac.
