Between freshness and slight evolution, the nose unfolds aromatic treasures. From notes of dry grass to white and yellow fruit, from white flowers to exotic fruit and vanilla. It's a very pleasant and intriguing departure. The palate is saline, lemony and taut, very pure and salivating, with again notes of exotic fruit (papaya, roasted pineapple). Even the bubbles seem happy in this wine, which deserves to be brought to light.
