Tasted one year after disgorgement, this Cuvée Prestige, a blend of the three Premier Cru grape varieties, has a fruity, white-fruit nose, dominated by apple and pear. On the palate, the wine is just as fruity, reflecting the majority of Pinot Meunier. The bubbles are very discreet and the dosage marked.
