A single plot of Pinot Noir vinified without added sulfites or dosage. A champagne that plays the pure fruit and sulfur-free card, with great youth and freshness. The nose opens in the glass as if above the press, with clean, aromatic grapes. On the palate, the wine reveals all its fruitiness with a long, saline finish. A true buddy champagne.
