Exceptional Hotel In the heart of Troyes, a stone's throw from the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul cathedral, this former Templar residence has kept its half-timbered facade intact. Skillfully restored, it now invites guests to savor the charm of its 11 rooms and suites, carefully decorated with terracotta floor tiles and antique furniture, exposed beams and stone walls, like an invitation to step back in time. Swedish saunas, a massage room and a heated outdoor pool complete the offer of this house, which opens onto a paved courtyard and a vast medieval garden.
