Gault&Millau's review 2025

Etretat’s many loyal fans swear by this hotel, which offers its guests a rare treat: a 180° view of the English Channel and the world-famous cliffs. It’s a magical spectacle at sunset, best admired from the hotel’s terrace while sipping a drink before retiring to one of the 58 rooms and 3 suites spread between the main building and the annex just a stone’s throw away, in the heart of the 4-hectare park. Special mention also goes to the two restaurants, which serve seafood dishes made with regional ingredients—the Dormy Bistro and the traditional restaurant overlooking the sea, where you feel as though you’re floating on the water.
