With an orange hue enhanced by golden reflections, this Tradition delivers a nose that is neither fruity nor floral, but rather with aromas of sourdough bread and more acidic notes. The bubbles are persistent and the mousse zesty. With a balanced dosage, the palate unfolds flavors of citrus marmalade, spiced oranges, cooked fruit and tarte tatin. The finish, not very long, remains traditional.
