A complex fragrance enlivens the rich, racy nose of white fruit in brandy, juicy pear, bergamot and calisson d'Aix. On the palate, the attack is generous and frank. The winey chewiness punctuates a feeling of candied citrus and reinette apple around a sustained dosage of 14 g/l. To be discovered and enjoyed with a salt-crusted sea bass.
