The color and highlights are lemony. The nose is tart and herbaceous, with lemongrass, sourdough bread and fresh lemon zest. The bubbles are slightly crystalline, with an airy, sharp mousse. Direct and racy, fresh and lively, the palate reveals citrus flavors with a hint of acidity. A perfect aperitif, to be sipped with shellfish and seafood.
